California Consumer Privacy Act Notice
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") provides California residents with additional rights.
A number of statutory exceptions apply under the CCPA and to this California Consumer Privacy Act Notice, including the following, which limit certain rights under CCPA:
- personal information reflecting a written or verbal communication or a transaction between the business and the consumer, where the consumer is a natural person who is acting as an employee, owner, director, officer, or contractor of a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, non-profit, or government agency and whose communications or transaction with the business occur solely within the context of the business conducting due diligence regarding, or providing or receiving a product or service to or from such company, partnership, sole proprietorship, non-profit, or government agency
- personal information that is collected by a business about a natural person in the course of the natural person acting as a job applicant to, an employee of, owner of, director of, officer of, medical staff member of, or contractor of that business to the extent that the natural person's personal information is collected and used by the business solely within the context of the natural person's role or former role as a job applicant to, an employee of, owner of, director of, officer of, medical staff member of, or a contractor of that business
- personal information that is collected by a business that is emergency contact information of the natural person acting as a job applicant to, an employee of, owner of, director of, officer of, medical staff member of, or contractor of that business to the extent that the personal information is collected and used solely within the context of having an emergency contact on file
- personal information that is necessary for the business to retain to administer benefits for another natural person relating to the natural person acting as a job applicant to, an employee of, owner of, director of, officer of, medical staff member of, or contractor of that business to the extent that the personal information is collected and used solely within the context of administering those benefits.

CA Personal Information. Consistent with the "Information We Collect" section in the Privacy Policy , we may collect the following:

Use of CA Personal Information. We use your personal information for the purposes described in the "Our Use of Information Collected" section in the Privacy Policy , such as to provide our Services and communicate with you.
CA Personal Information Sold or Disclosed for Business Purposes.
- Sharing Personal Information for Business Purposes: We disclose the following categories of personal information for business purposes: Identifiers, Commercial Information, Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity, and Geolocation Data to marketing, mailing information, data storage, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, legal services, and database maintenance service providers as necessary to provide our Services and communicate with you.
- Sale of Personal Information: When you interact with the Services, we collect information about pages viewed and links clicked to try to make that experience simple and meaningful. As such, when you visit our Platform, our web server, third party business providers, and/or the social networking services integrated into the Service, use cookies or other electronic technologies (such as web beacons or pixel tags). Some of this technology can result in your seeing advertisements for our Platform when you visit other websites. This activity is considered a sale under the CCPA.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS' PRIVACY RIGHTS UNDER THE CCPA
California residents have rights to request access to certain personal information collected about them over the past 12 months or deletion of their personal information, subject to certain exceptions, and may not be discriminated against because they exercise any of their rights under the CCPA in violation of Cal. DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION: You also have the right to opt-out of Bull Raise selling your information as defined under the CCPA. If you are making this request on behalf of someone else, we may request the authorized agent provide us with a copy of a valid power of attorney or evidence of the written authorization. If we have actual knowledge that you are under the age of 16, we will not sell your personal information without proper consent.
